Refund policy

Not quite satisfied with your product? Radiate Creative does not issue refunds for purchases, but we DO offer to send you another product for free! Consider it a courtesy exchange.

We have a 30-day courtesy exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receive date of your item order to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
